NDA & Scope

Proposal & Contract
You receive a written proposal with timeline, delivery milestones, and pricing. We agree on the contract model — fixed price or T&M — before any work begins.
Execution
Development proceeds in structured sprints with regular check-ins. You have direct access to the team, not account managers. Changes are handled through a defined change control process.
Delivery & Handover
