Our development approach
Every project begins with a paid discovery phase (typically 1–2 weeks). We document your requirements, define the technical architecture, and produce specifications that allow accurate fixed-price quoting. Projects without this phase are always quoted on a time & materials basis with a defined budget ceiling.

What do you need from us to start?
A description of your business process, what problem you are solving, and — ideally — examples of tools or workflows you currently use. Technical requirements are not required upfront; we help define those during discovery.
Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes, for projects where requirements can be fully specified. Fixed price is only offered after a paid discovery phase that produces detailed technical specifications. This protects both sides.
Who owns the source code at the end?
You do. All intellectual property — source code, documentation, infrastructure scripts — transfers to you on final payment. This is written into every contract.
What is your minimum project size?
We work on projects from approximately £20,000 upwards. Smaller requests (adding a feature, fixing a bug) may be handled under a support retainer rather than a full project contract.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. Part of our discovery process is translating business requirements into technical specifications. You do not need to know what "API" means to work with us.
